In the past, there was a big showdown on the sets of Chalte Chalte when Salman Khan barged on the sets where Sharukh Khan was shooting with Salman's ex-girlfriend, Aishwarya Rai. The shooting had to be stopped, after which Shahrukh requested Aishwarya to be replaced by Rani Mukherjee.
